jen's first ban.do

i made this one for myself, before ban.do was even a thought. i just wanted something fun for when andrew and i went to vegas to renew our vows (more photos here). i had so much fun wearing it that i decided i would make more and sell them. strangely enough, at the exact same time, jamie made something similar for her birthday - - and she wanted to sell hers, too. and ban.do was born.

although that mustache would not survive today's harsh "facial hair on women" views, she was quite amazing. we are hoping to do a whole bunch of "frida" ban.dos for spring. my friend rachel gave me this book when we first started ban.do. i nearly fell off my chair when i saw it (and yes, i really almost did fall off - - i know people just say that, but i really, really did. i admit i was drinking at the time, but i really attribute it to the book.) if you want a copy go here (and just make sure you are either in a secure seat or sitting on the floor when you open it).
